Most of Area 1 requires a boat for access. Bank access can be obtained off the south ends of Fleet or Galley Avenues (turn off Highway 101 onto SW 62nd St). Softshell clams can be found in this area; a shovel or clam gun is most effective.
Area 2 describes areas for boat crabbing. Pots may be set anywhere within this area. Be sure to set gear out of the way of boat traffic to avoid potentially dangerous situations.
Boat Launch
The boat launch in Siletz Bay is located off Highway 229 (Siletz Highway), just east of Highway 101 at Kernville.
