2005 BIG GAME HUNTING REGULATIONS
Adopt administrative rules to establish 2005 hunting regulations for game mammals, including season dates, open areas, locations of cooperative travel management areas, wildlife areas, and other rules including general hunting and controlled hunting regulations. Specific rule changes include: changes to cougar quotas; setting 2005 spring bear controlled tag numbers; amend rules governing the bighorn sheep, pronghorn and Rocky Mt. Goat raffle tags and the bighorn sheep and pronghorn auction tags; amend rules pertaining to permanent disabilities permits; and amend rules pertaining to Columbian White-tailed deer; and amend emergency hunt rules to include wild turkey.
