EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Commission will meet with its attorneys to discuss litigation the Commission is involved in as well as confidential attorney-client documents in an executive session. The general subjects covered will be hydroelectric relicensing settlement issues and litigation concerning Columbia River area fish and wildlife management. The legal authority for this executive session is found in ORS 192.660(2)(f) and (h).
