NATIVE FISH CONSERVATION POLICY (NFCP) DIVISION 007 REVIEW: Exhibit: C

2004 GROUNDFISH HARVEST LEVELS AND MANAGEMENT: Exhibit: H

Department staff will ask the Commission to provide guidance on preliminary options for rules that will establish regulations for commercial and recreational groundfish for the 2004 season. Final adoption of the federal rules is expected in September 2003 and Commission action on the final rule will be presented to the OFWC in October 2003.
