Wizard Falls Fish Hatchery
Come enjoy the day in the heart of the Cascades beside the beautiful Metoleus River. Learn the basics of fly fishing: tying the knots, reading the water, matching the hatch (matching the fly you fish with to the bugs present on or in the water), and casting techniques. The morning is spent putting these four elements together and the afternoon is spent fishing on the settlement pond at Wizard Falls.
Cost: $50.00/person your registration fee includes the use of all necessary equipment, instruction/materials and lunch.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received two weeks (14 days) prior to any workshop will receive a full refund, less a 25% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to a workshop. You may however, send a substitute participant in your place.
All cancellations must be in writing. You can fax cancellations to 503-947-6009 or e-mail them to: Darlene.M.Sprecher@state.or.us. In your written cancellation, please state which workshop you will not be attending, your name, and a phone number in case we have questions. If you intend to send a substitute participant in your place, please give us their name and phone number/e-mail so that we can send them the required paperwork.
These programs are funded by the Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act (Pittman-Robertson) and the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act (Wallop-Breaux).
