This family friendly workshop will teach you what you need to know to be successful at digging razor clams on Oregon beaches. Don’t miss out on playing in nature’s largest sandbox and the opportunity to come home with freshly cleaned clams and some tantalizing recipe’s to cook them with. Join ODFW and the Oregon Parks and Recreation for this adventure on the beach.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received two weeks (14 days) prior to any workshop will receive a full refund, less a 25% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to a workshop. You may however, send a substitute participant in your place.
All cancellations must be in writing. You can fax cancellations to 503-947-6009 or e-mail them to: Darlene.M.Sprecher@state.or.us. In your written cancellation, please state which workshop you will not be attending, your name, and a phone number in case we have questions. If you intend to send a substitute participant in your place, please give us their name and phone number/e-mail so that we can send them the required paperwork.
Jeff Johnson Workshop Scholarship Fund
The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Outdoor Skills Education Program is happy to announce the Jeff Johnson Workshop Scholarship Fund. The scholarship fund is there to help those people who are not capable of attending a workshop due to financial hardship. It will pay a portion of your fee.
Jeff Johnson was a dedicated instructor for our program and committed a great deal of his time passing his knowledge on to others. In this spirit of giving, the Jeff Johnson Scholarship Fund continues to give when Jeff cannot.
