Getting There: Take county road 3 miles west of Scottsburg on Hwy. 38.

Fisheries: Good angling for rainbow trout in the spring and largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill and brown bullhead throughout the season.

Facilities: Loon Lake Recreation Site provides campground and boat ramp, sandy beaches and wheelchair accessible dock, picnic areas, Loon Lake Resort.
