Getting There: On Hwys. 62 and 230 follow the river to its headwaters south of Diamond Lake.

Fisheries: Good numbers of wild rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, brown trout and brook trout.

Facilities: Campgrounds at Union Creek, Farewell Bend and Hamaker Meadows.
