Diamond Lake closes Nov.1 and reopens New Year’s Day

ROSEBURG, Ore. – Anglers are reminded that Wednesday is the last day to fish Diamond Lake for the 2012 season. The lake is closed Nov. 1 and reopens Jan. 1, 2013.

The Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission recently approved Diamond Lake as a year-round fishery starting Jan. 1, 2013. The daily limit remains eight fish per day with an eight-inch minimum and only one fish over 20 inches.
