Part 1 has historical information on the North Bank Habitat Management Area and the role it plays in managing Columbian white-tailed deer. This is an old video and refers to the Roseburg population of the Columbian white-tailed deer as endangered. They were removed from the Endangered Species List in 2003 and ODFW has allowed controlled hunts at the NBHMA since 2006.
