Oct. 1 Fish and Wildlife Commission meeting to begin a day early

The Oct.1, 2010 meeting of the Fish and Wildlife Commission in Bend has been pushed forward to Thursday, Sept. 30.

The Commission meeting will begin Sept. 30 at 10:00 am and may continue on Friday, Oct. 1, if necessary.

The meeting will be held at: 

Deschutes County Board of Commissioners
1300 NW Wall Street, Suite 200
Bend, Oregon  97701-1960

The meeting agenda will include possible action on hunter orange and adoption of revisions to the Oregon Wolf Plan. Written comments of these issues should be received by Sept. 28. People wishing to testify before the Commission on these issues should plan on speaking on Sept. 30, though public testimony may carry over to Oct. 1.

A complete meeting agenda will be available on the ODFW website by Thursday, Aug. 19.
