Conservation Values Protected: This property has future conservation habitat values that will support Oregon conservation strategy species such as: Pacific lamprey, winter steelhead, western pond turtle, red-legged frog, western meadowlark, Nelson's checkermallow, Willamette Valley daisy, and other rare endemic plants. This property is also situated within a priority conservation area that will serve as a stepping stone between other adjacent conservation lands, adding to the overall connectivity and functionality of wildlife habitats.
