ODFW Stamp Art Competitions

Each year, ODFW holds the Habitat Conservation Stamp, Upland Game Bird Stamp, and Waterfowl Stamp art contests. Winning artwork is used to produce collector stamps and other promotional items with sale proceeds benefitting Oregon’s native fish and wildlife and their habitats. Artists can enter one or all three contests.

2021 Contest Rules (pdfs)

Entries will be accepted between August 28 and 5 p.m. on September 25, 2020 at the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife headquarters, 4034 Fairview Industrial Drive SE, Salem, OR 97302.   Entries can be mailed or hand delivered. Please note the Salem Headquarters office is closed to public entry due to COVID. To hand deliver an entry, please call (503) 947-6301 to schedule an appointment to drop off your entry.
