Conservation Values Protected: This property protects 0.9 miles of the mainstem Clackamas River, fresh water aquatic habitats, multiple hot springs, late successional mixed conifer forest, grasslands, and riparian conservation values. This diversity of habitats provides biological and physical components to support the following Oregon conservation strategy species: Chinook salmon, American dipper, Oregon spotted frog, band-tailed pigeon, and Pacific lamprey, and many other fish and wildlife species. The property is an in-holding within Mt. Hood National Forest and will provide conservation-managed connectivity in perpetuity.
