SALEM, Ore. - Oregon's Fish Passage Task Force meets two days, June 24 and June 25 in the Gresham Conference Room of the Ashland Public Library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland. The public portion of the meeting is June 24, 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Agenda topics include task force member updates, and updates on fish passage issues in the Upper Rogue River Watershed and the ODOT culvert repair initiative in Western Oregon. Task force members will also decide on several fish passage exemption requests.
Task force members will make field visits to several fish passage sites after the public meeting and on Saturday, June 25.
The nine-member Fish Passage Task Force meets quarterly to advise ODFW on fish passage policies and issues. Task Force members represent water users, fisheries and conservation interests, and the general public.
