CENTRAL POINT, Ore – ODFW and the Oregon Hunters Association, Rogue Valley chapter, are hosting a 3-D archery event July 31 at the Denman Wildlife Area.
The event features 40 3-D animal targets on a two-mile walking course on the Military Slough tract behind the green gate on Tou Velle Road. Participants can take up to two shots per target and distances vary from 10 to 100 yards with a focus on targets ranging from 10 to 60 yards.
This family-friendly event is just $10 for adults and free for youth 17 and younger. Pre-registration is required, and participants choose from staggered start times. Registration deadline is July 29.
