SALEM, Ore. – The Fish Passage Rules Revision Sub-Committee will meet Tuesday, July 27 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., virtually through Microsoft Teams.
This meeting will focus on developing the administrative rules required by House Bill 2298. The bill requires ODFW to create and implement rules for voluntary restoration weirs by next spring. This is the first meeting to discuss the voluntary restoration wires; however, ODFW will hold additional meetings and a public comment period as the rules process progresses.
