SALEM, Ore.—Two Work Groups looking at Trap Check and Beaver Management regulations will meet next week.
The Trap Check Work Group meets Tuesday, Nov. 16 from 2-4 p.m. See the meeting agenda and watch a livestream of the meeting at https://www.dfw.state.or.us/wildlife/working_group/trap_check.asp
The Beaver Management Work Group meets Wednesday, Nov. 17 from 2-4 p.m. See the meeting agenda and watch a livestream of the meeting at https://www.dfw.state.or.us/wildlife/working_group/beaver_management.asp
The Work Groups include ODFW staff and stakeholders. Meetings are being led by professional facilitators from Kearns and West.
Anyone can view the livestreamed meeting, but public comments are not taken during the meetings. Meetings will be recorded and available for future viewing at ODFW's YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/user/IEODFW
The Work Groups will periodically report back to the Commission, who will ultimately consider any changes to Oregon's trap check and beaver management regulations.
