THE DALLES, Ore.—The Heritage Landing boat ramp at the mouth of the Deschutes River will be closed on Thursday, Sept. 7 from 8 a.m. to noon.

Oregon State Parks needs to complete some maintenance on the boat ramp (sediment removal).

Anglers using the boat ramp should be aware of the closure and arrive early enough to launch well before 8 a.m. or consider launching from nearby Celilo Park.
