SALEM, Ore.—Oregon's Commercial Fishery Permit Board (CFPB) will meet Friday, Sept. 29 from 9-10 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and is open to the public. See below for information to join the meeting.
The CFPB will review and prepare final orders on three commercial fisheries permit contested case hearings, provided there is a quorum available for that fishery. If a quorum is not available, cases will be scheduled to be reviewed at a later date.
The CFPB will review and prepare final orders on the following hearings (pending time and availability of a quorum):
- Joseph McCormick, Limited Entry Ocean Troll Salmon Permit #60020
- Robert Elledge, Limited Entry Ocean Troll Salmon Permit #62385
- Robert Watson, Limited Entry Black/Blue Rockfish Nearshore Fishery Permit #59059
