SALEM, Ore.—Oregon's Fish and Wildlife Commission will attend a retreat on Friday, Jan. 10 from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (see retreat agenda).
Members of the public may view a livestream of the retreat in the classroom at ODFW Headquarters (4034 Fairview Industrial Drive SE, Salem) or via the agency's YouTube channel/Commission webpage.
Commissioners will be attending the retreat at the Oregon Outdoor Education Center in West Salem. Retreat topics include Commission roles and responsibilities and the processes that support a successful statewide commission. No fish and wildlife policy decisions will be considered at the meeting.
During the retreat, Commissioners will meet in an Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(f) to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspections (records protected by OEC Rule 503). Reasonable accommodations, such as assistive hearing devices, sign language interpreters, and materials in large print or audiotape, will be provided as needed. To ensure availability, please contact the Director's Office at (503) 947-6044 prior to the meeting to make your request. TTY users can reach ODFW by using the Oregon Telecommunications Relay Service; dial 711 and ask to connect to 503-947-6044.
